Early 2019 Airbnb Experiences needed to redesign their product surfaces and user experience. Our supply had changed considerably and we had a lot more complex problems to solve in terms of search flow, user journey and merchandising. 

Our team’s role was providing a complete creative strategy to support all visuals and assets for the new design, as well as partner with the design team to help redesign, re-merchandise, and ultimately reframe the Airbnb Experiences brand, platform, product and messaging.
